★working principle
Oil containing wastewater treatment equipment - vortex concave air flotation tankIt consists of an aerator, an air flotation tank, a scraper, and an electrical control box. The aerator sucks in air at high speed through a motor to generate bubbles, which are then evenly distributed in the sewage through a stainless steel diffuser impeller.
The principle of vortex concave air flotation tank is that the aerator uses the high-speed rotation of the drive impeller to generate centrifugal force, and creates negative pressure around it to draw air or other gases above the water surface into the aeration port, and then release them from the submerged aeration outlet. When bubbles are generated in the small holes of the diffuser impeller, the high-speed rotating impeller will cut the bubbles into small bubble fragments with a diameter of 30-100 microns. The flocculated sewage enters the air flotation tank and mixes with these microbubbles, bringing the suspended solids to the surface. During the process of floating, microbubbles will adhere to suspended solids. After reaching the water surface, the solid suspended solids will be supported and maintained on the water surface by these bubbles. The surface formed floating slag will be scraped into the floating slag tank by a scraper.
